FCB Ulka Interactive, a division of the FCB Ulka Group, has bagged the creative, as well as the media mandate for the coffee brand Vero. The account was won following a multi-agency pitch which saw the participation of five agencies for creative and strategy presentation, which was further followed by two rounds of evaluation.

Commenting on the pitch process, Priya Gandhi, vice-president, Vero, says, "FCB Ulka Interactive was finalised as the agency to manage the business based on its deep understanding of our product, user insights, and proven capability in managing small-to-large social media campaigns. Vero, a coffee brand, lays focus on Indian coffee blends rather than the Western taste, says the company in a press release.
Other clients handled by FCB Ulka Interactive include ICICI Bank, Skoda, Amul, Tata Housing Development Company, and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS).
