The brand, along with its creative agency Happy Creative Services, has come up with its first digital video.
Chai Point and Happy Creative Services have together come up with a digital campaign which is an ode to 'chai’ (tea), the drink that fuels India. From countless tea stalls that line the road, to homemade brews, tea is available almost everywhere and is that one beverage which goes much beyond being just that - a beverage. It’s synonymous with the rhythm of life in the India.
Commenting on the campaign, Amuleek Singh Bijral, CEO and co-founder of Chai Point, says, "The video is an ode to 'chai’. We have always been in awe of the emotional energy with which this beverage makes India run. Our purpose is to ensure that we deliver 'chai’ with an unwavering commitment to quality.
Chai Point claims to serve close to two lakh cups of tea everyday through its multiple outlets in seven cities.
"Chai is one of the greatest levellers in India. It is the fuel that runs through the veins of our streets and organisations. To even try and say something about 'chai’ is like starting to write a never-ending poem. Let’s just say we have taken the first step in the right direction for Chai Point," says Kartik Iyer, CEO and co-founder of Happy Creative Services.
Chai Point claims to be one of the early entrants in the organised tea chain business and targets young professionals via its network of stores, dispensers on corporate premises, as well as through its delivery business. Since 2010, when Chai Point was first set up, it claims to have established 90 outlets across the seven cities of Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Noida, and Bengaluru. As brand Chai Point expands its offerings, it aims to be known as the preferred breakfast and snack delivery channel.
