FoxyMoron and Motivator win creative and digital mandate for HOOQ

HOOQ, a premium video-on-demand (VOD) service, with a new mobile first approach, appointed FoxyMoron and Motivator as its creative and digital agencies respectively, following a multi-agency pitch. The mandate includes building and strengthening the brand’s digital presence through strategic insights and unique solutions that engage consumers.

According to the press release shared by the agency, HOOQ is a start-up joint venture established in January 2015 by Singtel, Sony Pictures Television and Warner Bros. Set to revolutionise the VOD segment in the country, the new strategic appointments by HOOQ have been made with agencies that deliver digitally native campaigns.

The agencies will be involved in digital media strategy, planning and buying along with content creation and design work across all social media platforms. FoxyMoron has been granted the digital and mainline creative mandate, marking a first for the digital native agency as far as mainline creative services is concerned.

Speaking about the win, Rabe Iyer, managing director of Motivator, says, "We are glad to partner with one of the best VOD service platforms in the world.
