It was the biscuit brand’s attempt using COVID-related keywords in its copy.

Ever since the Coronavirus broke out, brands have done their bit to spread awareness, explain the pandemic, urge people to follow precautionary steps, and sometimes, sell themselves a bit while at it.

A recent print ad from Parle’s Hide & Seek caught your eye. It read, “Hide inside, so the virus can’t seek you outside”. While we’ve seen fabric brands extol their anti-Coronavirus properties and even plywood companies, we didn’t see this coming, especially from a biscuit company.

We might all be stuck indoors, but that doesn't mean we still can't enjoy and cherish the little moments we spend with...
