Menon has been associated with The New Indian Express for over two decades and she headed the group's sales and new initiatives in her latest stint.
In her new role, Ms. Menon will direct brand strategies and steer the company’s growth objectives to a niche positioning and reader connect.
She is a veteran in sales and marketing with rich experience in media industry. In a career span of over 28 years, she has been associated with various media groups in the print and television industry such as Times Television, ABCL, SAP etc. She has been associated with The New Indian Express Group for over 22 years. In her stint with The New Indian Express Group she was initially entrusted with space marketing responsibilities. Currently, she heads Sales & New Initiatives of the group, being responsible for circulation sales, product development, distribution and formulating product marketing strategies, implementation, and new business initiatives of the group. She is also on the Board of Directors of Event Xpress Management Services and Kannada Prabha Publications Limited.
She holds a post graduate degree in International Relations from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) Delhi.
