The Chadha Group and The Shipra Estate Limited take pleasure in announcing the opening of their joint venture project The Centrestage Mall on 27th September 2003. The Mall will be open to the public on 28th September 2003. The Centrestage Mall is conveniently located in Sector 18, the shopping hub of Noida. This is under a ten-minutes drive from the Ashram Chowk/ Friends Colony/ Maharani Bagh over the Delhi-Noida-Delhi toll bridge, which virtually takes the Mall to South Delhi.

The Centrestage Mall is spread over 350,000 sq ft, built in over 7 acres of land, which includes an adjoining 5 acres parking plot. The Centrestage Mall houses a luxurious 5 screen Cineplex of 1850 seats fitted with state-of-the-art Sound and Projection systems. The seats are the widest in industry with unparallel legroom.

The Mall has a double basement for underground parking and an adjoining 5 acres plot for surface parking. The parking is professionally managed and has a capacity to accommodate 1300 cars.

The Centrestage Mall offers eleven floors of entertainment, shopping and eating vistas. The Mall offers 14 escalators and 2 capsule elevators for easy flows making shopping and retailing a pleasant experience. With this, the Centrestage Mall emerges as one of the largest installations of its kind in South-East Asia.

The Mall is eco- friendly with sustainable design; energy efficiencies are addressed with an advanced technology glass curtain. This is a double-layered high performance glass from Guardian, USA. The glass cuts down the heat radiation by 83%, thereby reducing energy consumption and the related pollution. Atrium roof adds to the energy efficiency with a transparent, Five walled, multi-celled, translucent, polycarbonate. The polycarbonate panels allow the natural light to filter through but restrict thermal and ultra-violet radiation. This adds to the energy save and consequential eco-friendliness. harvesting rain whereby all the captive water is collected in the retention tanks peculating to recharge the ground water levels.

All the public conveniences are monitored with electronic sensors to conserve water.
