Panasonic unveils new generation office automation equipment

National Panasonic India, Systems Product Division, today launched its latest campaign 'Destination WorkSmart' under which it is showcasing a whole range of new-generation office equipment to cater to all office automation needs from the reception to the boardroom.

These include basic telephones, key telephone systems (EPABX), 7-in-1 Faxes, Workios (multi-functional devices), LCD Projectors, and the famous Panaboards (electronic copy boards), besides other office equipments like cordless phones, GSM phones etc.

Panasonic's range of office equipments has been designed to enable end-users to carry out their operations effortlessly. For instance, the Key Telephone Instruments (KTI) make deskwork very easy with features such as JOG-Dial for quick access to Call Directory and a host of user-friendly system features. The ergonomic front panels of the Workios make these multi-functional machines very easy to operate.

The Panasonic Key Telephone Systems are very affordable with facilities such as call routing, automated attendant, group distribution message transfers and computer connectivity. Other features such as toll restriction also help to cut costs. The KTS models are also compatible with the superior state-of-the-art Panasonic IP PBX, to take the modern office to the frontiers of convergence.

Taking into account the fast changing business scenario and the needs of the modern office, most Panasonic products are easily upgradable at very low or no additional cost. Features, for example, such as the XDP (Xtra Device Port) on the Panasonic Key Telephone Instrument which allows for the free addition of a single line device at absolutely no extra cost.

The Panasonic Workio multi-functional device is a digital copier, a fax, a laser printer and high resolution scanner all-in-one. The Workio is also economical on electricity and toner costs.

The 7-in-1 Panasonic fax machines also multitask, equipped as they are to function as a fax, a copier, a printer, a scanner, a telephone, a PC fax and TAM.

For the boardroom, Panasonic has high-end LCD Projectors and Panaboards (electronic copy boards) with easy to use features such as the one touch auto set up with keystone correction, Unique Index Feature, like functions to save time & efforts. The Panaboards can be connected to a PC compatible and all the PC Applications can be directly controlled from the Panaboard's interactive screen; enabling to save the changes to a presentation and printouts as desired.
