Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) has strategically identified the fast emerging business centers across the country for its domestic expansion. The company extends its presence into the rapidly developing township of Gurgaon, with the proposed development of a 200-room premium business hotel. The Company has entered into a management contract with HB Estate Developers Ltd for this property. The hotel is expected to be ready for operations by the year 2010.

Located in Sector 44 of Gurgaon, the hotel will showcase modernity through its architecture and interior design. The project would stand out in the cornucopia of modern and traditional architecture that is rapidly emerging today in Gurgaon. In an area battling with increasing paucity of water and energy, Taj Business Hotels division intends to make this property completely energy efficient and ecologically friendly.
