Kotak Mahindra Bank Ties up with Tata AIG to offer Accidental Insurance Cover

Kotak Mahindra Bank today announced its initiative to sell personal accidental insurance cover to all its account holders in tie up with Tata AIG General Insurance Company Ltd. (Tata AIG) This product covers Accidental Death and Permanent Total Disablement (PTD) due to an accident. The policy provides continuous coverage to the policyholder until the age of 70 yrs. This cover is being made available to all Kotak Bank account holders. The account holder also has the option to cover his family members such as their parents, spouse and children.

In case the policyholder dies in an accident or is completely & permanently disabled as medically certified, then the policyholder or the nominee as the case maybe is entitled to the full sum insured under the policy as lump sum compensation.
