CEO Infogain, Mr. Kapil Nanda appointed to Board of Trustees of Santa Clara University

Mr. Kapil Nanda, Founder, Chairman and CEO of Infogain Corporation, a global leader providing strategic technology solutions, has been appointed to the Board of Trustees of the well-known Santa Clara University.

Mr. Kapil Nanda founded Infogain Corporation, a system integration and software consulting Company , in 1990 following nearly three decades of experience with such industry pioneers as Burroughs, Intel, and Altos Computer Systems. He holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from Punjab University in India, a master’s degree from the University of Kansas, and an MBA from the University of Southern California. His board affiliations include seats on both private and non-profit organizations.

Along with Mr. Kapil Nanda, the university also appointed Mr. Mike Splinter, President and CEO of Applied Materials Inc. to the Board of Trustees. “The Board of Trustees is delighted to welcome Mike Splinter and Kapil Nanda as our newest trustees," said Board Chairman A.C.
