Top teams including 'defending champions'Sahgal Stud, have entered the

'TUI Travel ''sponsored' Bhopal-Pataudi Polo Trophy 2007, at the Jaipur Polo

Ground. Organised by Equisport, this 8-goal championship will be played the

entire week and will end with the finals on 'Sunday, November 4, 2007'. All

matches commence at 3 p.m. and are open to the public.

One of the most competitive tournaments of the Polo Calendar, this year, 10

teams have entered including high goal squads like SIXT, Kingfisher First,

Sahgal/ Jindal, JPC, 61st Cavalry (fielding 3 teams, i.e. Red/ White/ Black)

and RVC. Some of the best players expected to play during this tournament

are Sunjay Kapur, Adhiraj Singh, H.H. Left. Tunku Ismail Ibrahim, the Prince

of Johor, Vishal Singh, Samir Suhag, Santiago De Estrada, Uday Kalaan and

Angad Kalaan.''

The finals which attract numerous celebrities and guests will see the

presence of 'Saif Ali Khan 'along with the Pataudi family and promises to

add spice to the fast-paced, thrilling polo action on the field.

TUI Travels Bhopal - Pataudi Polo Trophy is among the most competitive and

high profile tournaments of the polo calendar. The trophy was established by

the Nawab of Bhopal & Pataudi in 1997. Now considered a national level

championship, the cup promises bracing action as it offers young and

aspiring polo players an opportunity to play and compete with world-class

professional players from India and abroad.
