Personnel Decisions International hires Raj Bowen to head their Indian operations

Personnel Decisions International (PDI), a global consulting firm specializing in talent management and leadership development, has appointed Raj Bowen to head their Indian operations. Bowen began his new role on January 01, 2008 and is working with key PDI leaders to introduce their services to India from PDI's new Mumbai office.

Bowen is an experienced business leader who has successfully launched and quickly grown new ventures. As CEO of Dale Carnegie Training India, he built

a team of 70 professionals now working across seven locations in India, creating the fastest growing part of Dale Carnegie worldwide. With the support of the State of Kamataka, Bowen also created the Bangalore-based Dale Carnegie "finishing school" for young talent.

Prior to Dale Carnegie Training India, Bowen headed the Corporate Solutions Group for the Western entity of NIS Sparta, a division of NIIT Ltd, India's

largest private sector IT education provider. During his career, Bowen built and grew the solutions development and delivery business with blue-chip Indian large companies and global MNCs. He has worked with brands such as the Mahindra and Bajaj Groups, Bharti Airtel, Indian Railways, Parke Davis Pharmaceuticals, Kodak, Siemens during the course of his career.
