Royal Enfield launches Bullet Electra 500 in UK

Royal Enfield, the motorcycling icon of India recently launched its latest international model - the Bullet Electra 500 in UK. Manufactured exclusively for the export market, the bike features the new 500-cc lean burn engine with 5-speed gearbox.

Commenting on the launch, Mr. Ramesh Maheshwari, CEO, Royal Enfield, said, We are happy to introduce the Bullet Electra 500 in the UK which is our biggest export market. The bike features the new 500cc lean burn engine with 5 speed gearbox and TCI ignition for increased reliability. The launch comes in line with our long-term strategy to expand our presence in the international market where Royal Enfield brand enjoys a classic bike positioning. With this launch we are confident that we shall be able further consolidate our position among the top10 selling brands in the UK in the 125cc to 500 cc segment.

Royal Enfield motorcycles are being exported to UK for more than two decades now, through a network of over 40 dealers. The latest model, also features gas filled shock absorbers for greater riding comfort, disc brake and electric start. The bike will be available in 5 colors

Black, Mica Dark blue, Dark Silver, Riviera Red and British Racing Green. The other popular models of Royal Enfield exported to UK are the Bullet Sixty 5, the Bullet Euro Classic, the Bullet Deluxe and the Bullet Army. Currently Royal Enfield motorcycles are exported to over 25 countries covering UK, USA, Europe, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.
