Personnel Decisions International (PDI), a global consulting firm specializing in talent management and leadership development, promoted Dr. Puranjaya Singh to director of consulting services, India.

Dr. Singh has broad expertise in assessment, executive coaching, and organization and management development. He has over 14 years of experience in establishing leadership development programs, providing assessment-based feedback and coaching to executives, and designing and implementing multi-rater feedback instruments and performance management systems.

Before joining PDI in 2004, Singh worked at various organizations including a Fortune 30 company where he was responsible for developing leadership competencies and assessing and developing high potentials. He also established and led the HR function for a start-up technology firm, helping the company grow into a global organization.

Dr. Singh holds a B.A. in Economics and Business Management from Hamline University and a Ph.D. in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota, and has studied Ancient Indian Culture at the University of Bombay.
