Pearl Academy Delhi, student has been awarded scholarship of £22,000 by Royal Society of Arts / University of Arts, UK to pursue his Masters programme. Chief Minister of the National Capital Territory of Delhi Smt. Sheila Dikshit presented the scholarship scroll to the winner Rohan Chhabra final year student of B.A. Hons Fashion Design programme at a function hosted by Sir Richard Stagg, British High Commissioner to India at his residence.

Rohan Chhabra, final year fashion design student of Pearl Academy of Fashion, Delhi received 100% tuition fee waiver scholarship of University of Arts, London. He was one among several applicants, hailing from top design institutes all across India who competed for this scholarship. Rohan will join University of Arts, London in September for a two-year Master's degree in Industrial Design.

University of Arts is world's one of the best Universities for Art & Design. It has colleges like London School of Fashion, Central St Martin's, Chelsea College in its umbrella.

Congratulating Rohan for winning this prestigious scholarship, A K G Nair, Group Director said, "Rohan indeed deserved this. His works are exemplary. There is a growing trend among students from PAF to undertake Master's degree or postgraduate specialization programmes for last two years. Some of them take up higher studies soon after completing their undergraduate Bachelor's degree and a few take up after 6 - 12 months of industry experience."
