Ceat appoints Sunil Sapre as Chief Financial Officer

Tyre major CEAT Ltd., has appointed Mr. Sunil Sapre as Chief Financial Officer. Mr Sapre will be based in at the Ceat headquarters in Mumbai and will head the overall responsibility of Finance and Accounts at Ceat.

Mr. Sapre’s appointment is in sync with the vision of Ceat to have the best of the industry leaders at the helm of the company. Mr. Sapre comes with a rich heritage of experience & expertise spanning over 21 years across different verticals and has exhaustive finance knowledge including Corporate Governance and Mergers and Acquisitions

Mr. Sapre comes to Ceat from Godrej Consumer Products Limited where he was the Executive Vice President (Finance & Commercial) and Compan Secretary.

He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants, A.I.C.W.A from The Institute of Cost and Work Accountants and A.C.S from The Institute of Company Secretaries.
