The Resort, a 5 star deluxe beach getaway, located at Madh-Marve Road, only an hour's drive from Mumbai, turns its exceptionally rated culinary talents to one of Mumbai's favorite weekend pastimes' Weekend Brunch. Served indoors in the hotel's signature restaurant - Hightide, overlooking the majestic shoreline of Aksa beach and sparkling swimming pool. Weekend Brunch features an array of specialties from around the world that winds its way through the restaurant on more than five culinary stations.
The Brunch includes 4 Non-Vegetarian and 6 Vegetarian varieties along with Dal, Rice, Nan / Roties, Kerala Parathas and an assortment of fresh baked breads. It also includes an extensive salad bar, and to finish it all off, our dessert table is adorned with European-style pastries, ice creams and other traditional favorites. Moreover a glass of Wine or aerated drink is served complimentary for every brunch. There's something to satisfy everyone!
Executive Chef Harun Sonone varies the menu each Weekend to combine new specialties including a live counter and seasonal favorites with such mouthwatering selections as Kesri Tandoori Chicken, Mutton Ajidino, Fish Imperial, Paneer Saagwala, Veg Dilruba, Baby Corn, Mater & Makhan Masala, Baja Aloo, Veg Finger In Hot Garlic Sauce & many more.
Weekend Brunch at The Resort is served from 1:00 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.The Resort also offers an option of Brunch with Swimming costing Rs. 825/- The Brunch without Swimming costs Rs.725/- including taxes.
