ItzCash Card awarded as the 'Most Innovative Prepaid Program'

PayBefore, leading provider of information to the rapidly growing network branded prepaid and stored value card industry honored ItzCash Octroi Automation program as the best in the category of 'Most Innovative Prepaid Program' for the year at the conference held at Orlando, United States of America on Tuesday March 10.

The result was announced based on the merits of the program introduced by ItzCash Card Ltd. In all there were 33 winners in various categories in which ItzCash Octroi Automation program was selected best among the 'Most Innovative Prepaid Program'. The other competitors in the same segment were American Express Card and Jackson Hewitt iPower Prepaid Visa Card.

This program has an exclusive technology to expedite and provide convenience to truckers at the Octroi Nakas by providing the newly launched Octroi Silver Cards. The total process takes 10-12 seconds for the trucker to complete. The trucker approaches the toll naka, produces the Octroi Silver cards to the Octroi inspector who puts the card in proximity to the terminal sensor which automatically records the data and deducts the octroi amount. Instantly a payment receipt is generated specifying details of the truck number, the type of goods, the time and date the transaction was taken place.
