Myntra launches PrintON – taking printing beyond paper

Myntra - India’s largest on-demand consumer products personalization brand - has launched ‘PrintON’ which enables consumers to print their favourite content on a variety of surfaces like canvas, glass, wood and marble. Myntra PrintON pushes the realm of printing beyond paper thereby allowing consumers to immortalize their favourite photos by printing them on a variety of surfaces. PrintON uses cutting edge printing technology to capture prints on surfaces which are otherwise not conductive for printing.

PrintON Canvas:

PrintON canvas is processed using digital printers. The printing quality of canvas prints is very clear and they have a very clean and modern look. A polymerized varnish is done to add to the life of the print and protect the colors on the print from fading. There are 3 different types of canvas prints – roll up, framed and gallery wrap and each of them is available in 4 different sizes.

PrintON Glass:

PrintON glass makes use of a new printing technology - nano pixel - giving the finished product an aesthetic and classy look. Two types of glass prints are offered - transparent and white back. Glass prints have protective coatings to withstand any normal and natural conditions and are available in 3 different sizes.

PrintON Marble:

PrintON marble has an output which is of a high quality with a high image resolution. Photos can be printed directly on marble stone and last for a minimum of 10 years. Photos printed on marble do not fade or peel and are water proof and scratch resistant. Marble prints have protective coatings to withstand any normal and natural conditions and are available in 3 different sizes.

PrintON Wood:

PrintON wood involves printing directly on to fine tuned natural rubber wood. Since prints on wood are transparent, the texture of the wood is visible on the surface of the print thereby creating a unique and aesthetic appeal. Photos printed on wood do not fade or peel and have a very long shelf life. Prints on wood are available in 3 different sizes.
