Prepare to befriend a monster and take him home as McDonald’s, the world’s leading food service retailer, kicks off of its latest in-store Happy Meal promotion for kids - ‘Monsters and Aliens’.

McDonald's ‘Monster and Aliens’ Happy Meal promotion features exclusive characters from the DreamWorks Animation ‘Monsters v/s Aliens’ film. McDonald's young guests will receive one of eight ‘Monsters and Aliens’ toys with the purchase of a Happy Meal. The eight characters include Dr. Cockroach, B.O.B, Insectosaurus, Robot, Mothership, Gallaxhar, Gianormica Viewer, Missing Link Viewer, all of which bring the movie's awesome and imaginative characters to life for kids and collectors.

Commenting on the promotion, Arvind Singhal, Director Marketing, McDonald’s India, West & South said, “The Monster and Aliens franchisee has caught the imagination of kids across the world and we wanted to further augment the thrill of this experience by letting them own a spooky monster and create the same delight for our Happy Meal Fans. I am sure that our young customers will enjoy it.”

These toys will be available from 01st September – 30th September 2009 at all McDonald’s outlets across Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad.
