Born into a very cultured, Sikh family, Natasha Mudhar enjoys dance forms like Indian classical and Latin, with an obsession for learning new things. She also holds the degree of BSc in Sociology and Media which is rightly applied in her field today. Natasha enjoys raising the share of voice and mind for diverse communities within the media, promoting International/ Ethnic events, issues and interests that were once perceived as niche to a wider mainstream and international audience. As a result, Sterling’s Ethnic Marketing Division has led to the company now being recognised as one of the UK’s leading agencies servicing the communication needs of UK’s diverse markets.

Committed and hard-working in extreme, Natasha started her journey of success at an early age and never looked back. In 2004, she became part of Sterling Media established by Ms Teji Singh and transformed the same into an award-winning, globally recognized name. One of the first women from an ethnic background to set up an international agency in UK, Teji Singh enjoys the positioning of a successful business, media and property entrepreneur today. The flourishing media firm has even been featured in PR Week PowerBook for four consecutive years; and also won Media Agency of the Year at the Public and Political Life Awards at House of Commons in 2009, among other recognitions and accolades.
