Shipra Mall, the largest mall in NCR and a one stop destination for entertainment and leisure, celebrated the mark of Indian constitution coming into force with a novel idea of organizing the biggest flash mob in India with the youth of 'The Art of Living' organisation on January 26, 2012 between 1 to 2 pm. 900-1000 youth participated and grooved on the tunes of patriotism with liveliness and enthusiasm.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Manik Dhodi , Vice President (Retail & Hotels ) Shipra Group said, "We want our patrons to enjoy every bit of India's one of the most important national festival, to re-live the moment of freedom and celebrate the spirit of our liberal and democratic nation. There is immense passion for the country among the youth and 'Art of Living' wanted to showcase it in a new way, Flash Mob being a new trend for communicating your feelings seemed just the right way to do it. They held practice sessions in many parts of Delhi, so that maximum number of people can participate and make it a massive Flash Mob ever.

Big FM, one of the most popular radio channels of the city was the On-air partner for the event and received a huge response from their listeners.

On the occasion of Republic Day the Mall was decorated on the theme of 'Monuments of Delhi', showcasing the heritage of Delhi under one roof. The monument's effigies attracted every one and filled the heart of audiences with the feeling of patriotism and love towards the rich heritage of our country. Besides this, models also provided the information on historical relevance of the monuments.
