Lourd Vijay's Dance Studio showcases spirit of dance workshop at the Bombat Bazaar

Lourd Vijay's Dance Studio (LVDS) and Latin Dance India (LDI) added a new flavor to the Bombat Bazaar on April 29 through live performances, competitions and the fourth Spirit of Dance event.

The event saw a number of live performances by children of different age groups. The young dancers took over the stage with enthusiasm, and let themselves free. They danced like there's no tomorrow. The competition was being judged by professional dancers, who later put up a great show for the audience.

The evening also saw a number of performances by students who were a part of the 3-week training programme at LVDS. From belly dancing, Bollywood, salsa to hip hop – youngsters put up a good show, having trained only for a few weeks. Members of LDI, who were celebrating their third anniversary marked the day by putting up a few performances with much enthusiasm.

Shree Shravan won the first place, and Rishika Pundir won the second place. The third spot was shared between Isha and Pragati Natwar.

The young winners didn't just leave with great prizes but parents and children alike were exposed to a whole new world of professional dancing and styles by the team at LVDS.
