Legendary marketing guru Philip Kotler will be in India in March at a workshop organised by JRE School of Management and Relio Quick. The workshop will centre around the emerging trends and tools of marketing for the future with special emphasis on digital and social marketing.

Philip Kotler is going to be in Delhi after a gap of almost 15 years. His visit coincides with the growing emphasis on skilling in India as well as recognition of India as a source of high quality managerial acumen.

The full day certified training programme titled “Eight ways to Grow Your Market share: The Future of Marketing”, by Dr. Philip Kotler will be open for marketing professionals, students and professors. Delegates need to register in advance for the programme which will be limited to just 700 seats. The full day workshop will end with a gala dinner with Dr Philip Kotler for select 100 CEOs, COOs and CMOs.

Marketing and sales constitutes roughly two thirds of all jobs on offer and the sector is defined by increasing competition on the one hand and shortage of qualified, trained manpower on the other. Transformational technologies are throwing up new challenges for practitioners of marketing where the old rules don’t apply anymore. The workshop will address this emerging global scenario in marketing and underline mechanisms to upgrade knowledge for incumbents and offer tangible strategies on how to stay ahead in this domain.

Speaking on the occasion of the announcement of the workshop, Mr. Harpreet Singh, President, JRE Group of Institutions said, “JRE management Institute is privileged to host Prof. Philip Kotler in India. JRE School of Management has been diligently working on bringing eminent researchers from all over the world to explore important areas of management, critical for development of professionals in India. This workshop promises to be a turning point in emerging thinking on marketing in an increasingly globalised world. His insights will benefit us all in the marketing profession and we expect a terrific session with him on March 14th”.
