Consumer durables major LG Electronics India Ltd. has reiterated it’s commitment towards enhanced customer service delivery by announcing the launch of LG’s unique “LG Service Mall”, a centralized service centre to streamline service related concerns of the customers. This is to ensure higher customer delight. .
The unique concept of a Service Mall has been created by LG Electronics to enhance customer satisfaction by working speedily towards their service requirements and to establish new benchmarks and best practices in the consumer electronics, home appliances, GSM handsets and IT product industry service standards. The LG Service Mall would also help in monitoring service standards and procedures at all LG Service Centers (ASC’s) across the country.
The LG Service Mall has been equipped with technical and infrastructural support for guaranteed quality service and to ensure short delivery turn around time. Basic necessities such as internet facility, telephony, space, availability of spare parts would be arranged for by LG Electronics to ensure maximum customer gain from the service mall. The complaints pertaining to all LG product categories, which include Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances, IT & GSM handsets, would be addressed at the LG Service Malls for the customers assistance.
