Bringing the best of Chennai’s rock music to enthusiastic listeners in Chennai, Radio City 91.1FM, India's Leading Radio Network has partnered Unwind Center for India’s Mega Rock Festival - June Rock Out 2007 (JRO) to showcase the musical talents of 14 Indian rock bands across classic, alternative, blues, glam and funk rock to thrash metal! Over 2 days, June 15-16, 2007 the mother of rock show events in Chennai, will see these 14 bands rough it out at Bucks Theatre, YMCA Nandanam.

As part of this association, Radio City 91.1FM will air interactive contests to engage listeners with passes to the June Rock Out 2007 up for grabs on The Radio City Breakfast Show (7 AM – 11 AM) and Radio City Joyride (5 PM – 9 PM). While The Radio City Breakfast Show will feature exclusive interviews with the bands such as Pipers (Bangalore) and After Burn (Chennai), RJ Craig will mingle with Chennai’s rock buffs and capture the action at the JRO 2007 through LIVE out-broadcasts.
