No.1 FM Station, is all set to add colours to the Navratri revelry in the city through fun-filled on-air programming and on-ground activities.

BIG 92.7 FM Vadodara shall be celebrating theme-based Navratri with nine themes for nine nights. Day one will have an expert designer talk about the latest trends and fashion this Navratri. A contest on the same theme shall be conducted and winner shall receive a BIG prize from the designer. On-air programme on Day 2 shall have discussions on the newest Dance styles and interviews with professional dancers. To spruce up the fun-quotient, there shall be interesting vox pops from youngsters on their campus crushes and garba partner.

Listeners shall also be invited for an on-air garba singing competition and the best voice shall be selected by a celebrity garba singer. Covering all aspects of Navratri, BIG 92.7 FM Vadodara will also rope in culinary experts to share some lip-smacking Navratri recipes with the listeners. Vox pops of traffic cops and commuters on traffic snarls roadblocks and noise pollution shall bring in another perspective to celebrating Navratri.

On-ground, the station is the exclusive radio partner for Yug Shakti garba at Navlakhi ground and the Shishu Sanskriti garba. A BIG Mirror will be put up at the entrance for self-admirers so that they can enter the venue wearing their best look. Dussehra and Durga Pooja celebrations on-air will focus on the victory of good over evil. Innovative programmes lined up for Durga Pooja will have men talking about women who have made a difference in their lives. Female listeners shall also be roped in to comment on what they would like to change in the society.

On air-contests shall be played every hour everyday throughout Navratri and passes for the most happening Navratri celebrations shall be given away to the winners.
