Neetu Dhulia joins Media Transasia to spearhead launch of new magazine titles

Neetu Dhulia has joined Media Transasia as General Manager from July 10, 2008. She will be responsible for initially driving the business for Blender and subsequently for some of the forthcoming international titles under men's lifestyle division. Her last assignment was with Readers' Digest (India Today Group) where she was heading the Ad Sales function for North & Eastern regions.

Neetu is a seasoned professional with 12 years of rich experience in areas of Ad Sales & Marketing/ Branch Operations/Business Development & Operations. Prior to joining Reader's Digest, she had spent one and half years at NDTV Media, taking care of the new business development for NDTV network. Neetu began her career with The Pioneer in May 1996, and moved on to the Asian Age for another successful stint of two years. She then joined Hindustan Times in 2000, and handled business for various products & editions of the Hindustan Times for a period of more than six years.

Speaking about her new stint with Media Transasia, Neetu said, “With the emergence of “the new Indian Middles Class” which carries lot of aspirations and follows its passions and interests with no compromises, there are tremendous growth opportunities for specialized magazines like Blender.
