IBN Network brings 'Do the Dostana Challenge'

Starting October 6th IBN network & IN.com are bringing for its viewers ‘Do the Dostana Dance Challenge’. This unique contest will invite people from across the country to send in videos of them dancing to ‘Desi Girl, an already popular soundtrack from the Dharma Productions forthcoming film ‘Dostana’. The winners of the contest will perform with the stars of the movie, Abhishek Bachchan, Priyanka Chopra and John Abraham in a special show on CNN-IBN, IBN7 & IBN-Lokmat on November 14th.

Starting October 6th CNN-IBN, IBN7 and IBN-Lokmat will have Abhishek, Priyanka and John inviting viewers to send videos of them dancing on the tune of the song ‘Desi Girl’. The Network has created various touch points for viewers to send their videos. The entries can be sent through snail mail, by post or can even be uploaded on dostana.in.com (the special microsite created on IN.com). In addition, live auditions will also take place in prime locations in cities like Delhi, Chandigarh, Ahemdabad, Mumbai, Bangalore and Lucknow.

October 13th onwards the shortlisted entries will be showcased during CNN-IBN & IBN7’s daily entertainment shows E-Tonight and Tadka respectively. These entries will also be uploaded on dostana.in.com. Viewers will be able to vote for their favorite contestant by sending an SMS to 52622 or by logging on to dostana.in.com.

The finalists decided on the basis of mass voting & celebrity judges decision will not only get a complete makeover by the stylist of the movie but also win an incredible opportunity to be trained by the film’s choreographer to perform with the starcast of the movie in ‘Do the DOSTANA special’ on CNN-IBN and IBN7 and IBN-Lokmat on 14th November.
