Making its debut on television on Friday, December 12, 2008 at 10:00 p.m., Oye It’s Friday is hosted by the multi-faceted and very talented Farhan Akhtar. Joining him on his very first episode as host is his childhood pal Hrithik, music’s latest it-girl, Hard Kaur and the sizzling Neha Dupia.
Kicking off with a high voltage performance of hit music from his film ‘Rock On’, Farhan moves effortless into his role as host with a friendly tête-à-tête with his buddy Hrithik, giving audiences an insight into a very personal side of this superstar. Find out about how he met his wife Suzanne, his experiences on his recent holiday to the islands of Bora Bora, his experience of meeting with Michael Jackson and much more. Rounding up this entertainment extravaganza is some unique acts that promise to charge up your evening. This week catch the very talented, very young, 11 year old Indian drummer Siddharth Nagarajan who vows the audience with his skills. You’re eyes wont believe what they’re seeing with the unique international duo of Olena and Vitali who perform an eye-boggling quick change act!
