Hang your stockings, sing those carols, take a deep breath and shout ‘Merry Christmas.’ Kid’s favourite channel, POGO will make this Christmas a memorable one with the merriest and the most exciting shows and movies line-up for its viewers. Ringing the Christmas bells, POGO presents an animated TV special, Shrek The Halls and network premiere of Ice Age and Ice Age Meltdown Point on December 25.

Announcing the Christmas special programming line up, Krishna Desai, Director Programming, South Asia, Turner International India Pvt. Ltd., said, “Christmas for everyone and especially for kids is synonymous with family bonding, exchanging goodies and just being merry! Joining in the celebratory spirit of its viewers, POGO showcases exciting shows and movies, making this Christmas a delightful experience.”

As a part of Christmas special, POGO will showcase an exciting show and movies on December 25, from 9:30 a.m. onwards. Catch the famous ogre, Shrek in a TV special animated feature – Shrek The Halls at 9:30 a.m. and the story of four animal friends in the network premiere of the Hollywood animation movies – Ice Age at 10:00 a.m. and Ice Age: The Meltdown at 12:00 p.m.

Continuing the holiday spirit, POGO will premiere the fifth edition of India’s first kids’ awards – POGO Amazing Kids Awards 2008 on December 28, at 10:00 a.m. So make sure to catch the biggest kids’ television awards of the year and get set for a roller coaster ride with Ultimate Khiladi Akshay Kumar, the stunning Deepika Padukone and the amazing kids themselves.
