National book fair at Jaipur, by Patrika Group has become an annual event that the city looks forward to. Sunday was the last day of National Book fair which was held at Ambedkar Circle, Jaipur. Within 9 days the fair captivated a footfall of 9 lakh. There was a huge rush on the last day which continued till 10pm.

The event brought together publishers from more than 10 states of India as well as overseas publishers with the extensive range books of local and global authors on a common platform and provides an excellent opportunity to the book lovers to discover a lot of books under the same roof.

This is the 7th National book fair organized by Patrika Group. The fair was started on 31st Oct. 2009 and was closed on 8th Nov. 2009. There were 7 domes encompassing more than 350 stalls with books by more than 2 Lac writers revivifying the visitors. The fair offers books on all subjects including General Knowledge, Current affairs, Arts, History, Motivation, Biographies, Engineering, Management, Computer, Medical, Designing,Art, Craft & painting, Meditation and Mythology, Technical Books, Philosophy, Children Education, Educational CD's, Lifestyle, Competitive exams preparation books, Dictionaries of all kind. Books are available at discount rates.

Daily book releasing program of renowned publishers and writers.

Knowledge boosting seminars, several contests and activities were the centre of attraction for many students.
