Sarah Tobias goes to a local bar one night and winds up being gang raped by three men. She is introduced to her attorney -Katherine Murphy. Though Katherine agrees Sarah had takes drugs that night, she still wants to go after the men who committed the rape and also the men in the bar who cheered it on, as there was no reason for Sarah to be so brutally attacked and the men responsible should be brought to justice. But Katherine has her work cut out for her. Her client has a past, and that past could be used against her in court.
