Marriages are made in heaven. This saying holds very true for Kokila & Vinaychand in Papad Pol Shabuddin Rathod Ki Rangeen Duniya currently airing on SAB TV.
Kokila aka Ami Trivedi is searching for her dream match and she has in mind the image of her Mr. Right. But, Vinaychand is nowhere close to her imagination. Yet, by chance of fate it so happens that their paths keep crossing.
While Vinaychand is madly in love with her, Kokila dreams about a guy who would be extremely good looking, a hero right out of a Bollywood movie…who will have Aamir's looks, Salman's physique,Amitabh's height and is her Mr. Perfect.
As destiny will have it Zorawar singh-Kokila's neighbor finds a match for Kokila and recommends Vikram's (Shresth Kumar) name to Kokila's family. Kokila likes Vikram's photograph and decides to visit Ahmadabad to meet him and his family. Vikarm is a NRI now based in London. He is a well educated guy living in London and respects his mother and her choice.
Kokila is excited and nervous to meet Vikram. Kunjubala –Vikram's mother meets Kokila and likes her too. Everyone is waiting for Vikram to arrive but, he doesn't come to meet Kokila. Kokila is very upset and heartbroken and soon he realizes that she had also kept Vinaychand and his family waiting when they came to Parnala.Kokila apologizes to Kanta Kaki for her behavior and extends a hand of friendship towards Vinaychand. On the other hand Kunjubala speaks to Vikram and he accepts his mother's choice and agrees for an engagement with Kokila.
Ami Trivedi aka Kokila said, "Kokila is extremely excited, elated to find her dream match. She is nervous about her encounter with this boy. And she has her dreams and hopes attached to him being the NRI from London. And it would be interesting to watch the story that follows from then on in Papad Pol."
Shresth Kumar aka Vikram added, "I am playing a London based NRI who is well educated, smart and an obedient son. He is a virtuous son who listens to his mother. His mother has liked Kokila as and is keen that her son marries her. I will be joining the cast of Papad Pol soon and look forward to working with Swapnil & Ami Trivedi."
Kokila and her family are overjoyed and Vinaychand's neighbours and his mother feel bad for his loss... Vinaychand is not affected by the happening and is happy for Kokila and is helping out with making all the arrangements.
What does destiny have in store for Vinaychand and Kokila? Will Vikram turn out to be the Mr. Perfect Kokila always wanted? Are Kokila and Vinay meant to be just friends?
