While Akshay shared unheard stories about his chemistry with Anushka, his leading lady in the movie talked about how after being caught up in a stereotypical Punjabi gal's image in three movies, she now has some exciting offers where she will be exploring with different roles. The lead pair also enthralled the listeners by dancing on the popular chartbuster - Laung Da Lashkara.
'Patiala House' is about a second-generation Sikh in London (played by Akshay) who gives up his dream to save his father's reputation until he meets a girl (Anushka) who gives him the strength to stand up for what he believes. This cross-generation drama is about second chances. While talking about their director Nikhil Advani, the star duo was all praises for Nikhil's detailed & painstaking direction that helped them in connecting to their characters.
