Classmate Art Academy goes to 10 cities with Victor Tango

After the tremendous success of the Delhi event that was held in April to launch the new range of art products, Classmate has decided to take Art Academy to the length and breadth of the country with Victor Tango. Starting this week Classmate Art Academy goes to Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Pune, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Guwahati and Kolkata.

Classmate Art Academy’s first workshop is on oil pastels. The content has been curated by Prof. Madhukar Munde, Head of Department - Art Teachers Training at JJ School of Arts, Mumbai and Prof. Mamoon Nomani, Head of Department - Art Education & Faculty of Fine Arts at University of Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi.Acclaimed artists have been roped in all over the country to conduct the workshops like Lalitha Lajmi in Mumbai, AV Illango in Chennai, Surbhi Soni in Jaipur and the like.

The certificate training program will bring together art teachers from top schools of the city under one roof and give them an opportunity to learn, share, update and enhance their skills. Some teachers will be selected to be a part of the official teachers panel and continue to provide feedback about the various products Classmate will launch in the future. The teachers who attend the workshop will also conduct a student contest when they go back to school and encourage their students to try out the new range of Classmate art products.
