Bhaskar to publish GoAir’s in-flight magazine

New Update

The magazine is called Go-Getter and has around 100 pages

Bhaskar Custom Media Publications, which is part of the Bhaskar Group, has recently launched an in-flight magazine, Go-Getter, for GoAir Airlines. The print run of the magazine depends on the number of flights the airline will run. Currently, GoAir operates 561 commercial flights every week, connecting 11 destinations across India.

The target group (TG) for the magazine is young people in the age group of 18-45 years in SEC A. Pravin Agarwal, business head, Bhaskar Custom Media Publications, says the name of the magazine has been chosen keeping in mind the profile of its target audience. This audience has high aspirations and is willing to put in the required efforts to accomplish their dreams. Go-Getter is reflecting this philosophy in its branding.

Jeh Wadia, managing director, GoAir, says, “The colourful features of the magazine exactly reflect the personality of the GoAir passenger and the GoAir brand.”

The magazine provides reading material in tune with the aspirations of the TG and thus aims to be an effective vehicle to reach a multitude of flyers with modern and trendy consumption patterns. The content of the magazine has been designed to be in sync with the brand proposition. It will include topics such as food, travel, lifestyle, shopping, culture and arts. The magazine will have around 100-120 pages.

Agarwal adds, “Our organisation is poised to make great strides in the area of customised magazine publishing. Go-Getter is the first step of our entry into customised media, which promises to be a powerful media vehicle of the future.”
