Adobe India MD Kulmeet Bawa calls it quits

Kulmeet Bawa, MD, Adobe India and South Asia, who has been leading the software giant’s business in the region since 2016, has put in his papers.

Bawa's next destination is unconfirmed, a statement released by the company on the development says,

“Kulmeet Bawa has decided to leave Adobe and explore opportunities outside the company. Kulmeet has led Adobe’s business in India since June 2016 and in that time the business has experienced significant growth.We thank him for his contribution and service to Adobe and wish him the very best in the future. We are actively recruiting for a new managing director for India and hope to make an announcement soon.”

An alumnus of the Indian School of Business, Bawa had also worked with Sun Microsystems and Microsoft prior to joining Adobe.
