M.R.Radha popularly known as “Nadigavel” is a legend in Indian Cinema.His contribution to the stage and cinema is remarkable. Puthuyugam wish to identify and encourage modern talents in the field of acting, as a humble tribute on his 108th Birthday.

“Nadigavelin Rajapaattai” is an idea of short play contest which was conducted in various districts all over TamilNadu. After preliminary auditions, 3 teams have been selected to perform in the finals which are to be judged by eminent personalities from theatre and films.

The final event will be a grand gala event with Music, Dance, Entertainment and of course drama involving state of the art technology. Finalist teams will be allowed to perform before the huge gathering which will include eminent personalities from the film and television industry, theatre artists and other renowned guests like Mrs.Radhika Sarathkumar, Mr.Sarath Kumar, Mr. Parthiban, Mr.Sivakumar and Mr.Radharavi.

The winner will be announced by Actor Dhanush and performer of the day will be announced by Actor Vijay Sethupathy.

This massive event will take place at Sir Mutha Venkatasubba Rao Auditorium, Lady Andaal School, Chetpet in Chennai on 31stJuly, 2015 at 6:00 PM.
