Every Independence Day, Indigo 91.9, the radio station for a Fun Young Patriotic Bangalore and Goa, celebrates and showcases brands which have helped make India what it is today.

For the first time, a patriotic acapella version of the National Anthem has been curated which was aired on Indigo 91.9 on August 15, 2017. This year Indigo 91.9 FM is celebrating the Independence Day with Beats For Freedom – a unique expression of Freedom that showcases the unity & diversity of our great nation. The event will be held in Bangalore’s premier mall UB City and a group of professional percussionists and drummers will perform a percussion rendition of the National Anthem to a crowd.
