In 2013, Vserv.mobi had appointed three senior executives to its global team. Rohit Verma was appointed as vice-president, India and West Asia; Elliot Renton as general manager, publisher alliances, Southeast Asia; and Narayan Murthy Ivaturi had been appointed general manager, sales strategy.

Vserv.mobi had raised $7 million of funding from IDG Ventures and Epiphany Ventures. Last year, Vserv.mobi launched an audience-targeting platform called AudiencePro. The platform allows advertisers to target their audience based on demographics, spending power, network usage, location, relevance of content and device specific data.
