PepsiCo's Rishi Dogra joins Babajob.com as CMO

Dogra will lead end-to-end marketing for Babajob, with a focus on building new marketing capabilities in line with the overall transition and expansion of the business.

Babajob.com, a Bengaluru-based job portal catering to the blue-collared and grey-collared market, has appointed Rishi Dogra as its chief marketing officer, a newly created role in the company. The appointment comes at a time when the company is expanding its presence in India and the user base is witnessing a rapid growth of 116.7 per cent yearly, since 2012.

As the CMO, Dogra will lead end-to-end marketing for Babajob, with a focus on building new marketing capabilities in line with the overall transition and expansion of the business. He will also manage teams responsible for conducting multi-channel marketing campaigns, to provide compelling value propositions and market-specific solutions, while simultaneously strengthening partnerships with existing clientele.

Commenting on the appointment, Bharani Setlur, chief business officer, Babajob.com, says, "Rishi has the proven ability to take strategic decisions, ensure disciplined execution and deliver results. His previous role in a large, multi-national corporation and prior experience in similar capacities make him an ideal choice for this role. An alumnus of the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, he comes with tremendous experience in new-age marketing, consumer engagement, digital marketing, sports activation and integrated marketing communications. In his previous role as head of digital for PepsiCo (India), he has worked on several digital and integrated campaigns across brands.
