‘The Indian Express’ launches SMS interactive service

The service will be launched in an alliance with Mobile2Win on 8558 and will offer a host of interesting products

‘The Indian Express’, in association with Mobile2Win, is set to launch an interactive service on mobile phones. The service will offer a host of interesting products that will help in immediate interaction with readers. The features of the service include opinion polls, news, content-related promotions and mobile content.

Gautam Mukerjea, head, corporate business development, The Indian Express Group, says, “This is our second venture after the launch of the ‘India Empowered’ campaign. The objective of this new initiative is also to empower our readers. It will strengthen our relationship with our readers. We will keep on bringing in unique propositions keeping in mind the interests of our readers and the legacy of ‘The Indian Express’.”

The service will soon be available on all The Indian Express Group publications.
