Grasshoppers, Delhi, has
bagged the creative duties for PT Education. The account is pegged to be worth Rs 1 crore. The account was won following a pitch that involved three agencies.
Arjun Banerjee, chief executive officer, Grasshoppers, says, "We are confident that our solutions will be instrumental in further enhancing the brand equity and recall value of PT Education. The credit goes to the entire team for coming up with highly strategic and cutting-edge concepts."
He adds, "The focus of the communication will be to position PT Education as a premier coaching institute for MBA entrance tests. For this, we will begin with advertising in print and outdoor. Probably in the first quarter of 2006, we will take a further step by launching TVCs."
Grasshoppers will manage campaigns for PT Education nationally. The agency will offer a gamut of services, including the designing of high-visibility marketing and promotional collaterals. Creatives for outdoor and print advertisements and strategic placement of the ads in different media will be planned by the agency.
In addition, the content and creative inputs for 'Prep-Talk', a journal brought out by the institute to keep students abreast of various topics essential to preparing for the CAT, is also being managed by Grasshoppers.
For the record, Professional Tutorials was re-christened PT Education. With its network of over 40 centres across India, the institute trains over 40,000 students aspiring to enter IIMs and top-notch business schools. Headquartered at Indore, PT Education has been in this sector for the last 12 years.
