Forbes looking for Indian partners

Congress, Steve Forbes, CEO, 'Forbes', revealed to agencyfaqs! his interest in launching the magazine in India. He said, "The current government regulations do not allow a foreign news and business publication to enter India, but we are trying to find a way."

If the Indian government doesn't relax its regulations, Forbes is ready to align with an Indian media house.

When asked whether he would liked 'Forbes' to be aligned with a media house that already brings out a business publication, Forbes said, "We are keeping an open mind."

He clarified: "If an auto company can have multiple brands, why not a media company?"

However, Forbes did not specify any exact time-frame for the launch or for announcing a partnership.
