Pavita Puri joins Lowe after 12-year stint at Rediff, Delhi

At a time when high attrition rates are the norm, this is Puri's second destination since she began her career 12 years ago

Pavita Puri stepped into Rediff in 1995 and, after a 12-year stint at the agency, has now moved to Lowe as vice-president. Her last assignment at Rediff was as associate vice-president on the Airtel account.

In her new role, Puri’s mandate will be to lead and nurture the existing business portfolio and enhance the overall agency business through new initiatives. Back at Rediff, she was responsible for developing and sustaining the Airtel business, which included the national rollout of the mobile brand and direct handling of the corporate business with additional responsibility for supervising the brand’s national footprint.

Puri will report to Mohit Beotra, executive vice-president, Lowe. Says Puri, “The years spent at Rediff have been very enriching and rewarding. I look forward to fresh challenges in the new assignment at Lowe; I have always admired the agency.”
