NaiDunia launches Jabalpur edition

The Jabalpur edition will be sixth in the line for the Hindi daily. The other five editions are Indore, Bhopal, Gwalior, Raipur and Bilaspur

Hindi daily NaiDunia is all set to launch its sixth edition in Jabalpur on September 24. NaiDunia presently has five editions from Indore , Bhopal, Gwalior, Raipur and Bilaspur.

Director of NaiDunia, Vineet Sethia is very excited and enthusiastic about this launch. Sethia says, "NaiDunia will now have 100 per cent geographical presence across Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh states. Jabalpur will be the biggest launch for us and the readers in Jabalpur also seem to be eagerly waiting for the product. NaiDunia will provide 20 pages newspaper everyday out of which 16 pages will be in colour. 16 pages will form the main issue, while the remaining four pages will be the city pull-out."

The newspaper has created a pre-launch hype to generate excitement amongst local masses. Sethia says, "We have ensured our brand presence in every nook and corner of Jabalpur city and upcountry region through extensive use of outdoor, cable networks, on-ground activities and direct marketing."

"Other than this, three weekly supplements- 'Nayika' for women on Wednesday, 'Glamour Dunia' for film buffs on Saturday and 'Tarang' for entire family on Sunday along with two fortnightly magazines of twenty pages each every alternate Fridays – 'Spectrum' for kids and 'Sehat' for the health conscious are other major attractions. In fact, the publication has bagged reader's interest even before launch" he claims.
