has been appointed president and region head of Sony Ericsson with immediate effect. Sethi joins Sony Ericsson after an eight year stint with Sony in Toronto, Canada. The last post he held there was that of senior vice-president, broadcast and business solutions and systems integration.
Sethi has done several high profile assignments with the Sony Group, including business and commercial roles in Europe, India, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. During his stint with the company in India, he established and managed Sony's first production facility and its headquarters in the country. He was closely involved in setting up Sony's regional operations in the Gulf and the hub office in Dubai.
