Fever FM has initiated a few changes in its top leadership. With an aim to strengthen its top brass, it has promoted and reorganised its leadership under the direction of business head S Keerthivasan.
The changes have been made across sales and programming functions. The reorganisation exercise has largely resulted in the expansion of the roles and positions of existing team members in Fever Entertainment, the events arm of HT Media.
Gaurav Sharma has been designated as chief programming officer, radio and events, while Puja Sharma will take over as business head, events. Additionally, she will also handle the HR function at Fever FM.
Anas Wajid has been appointed national sales head and Trupti Vasudev has been assigned the role of national marketing head.
In an official communiqué on the changes initiated in the organisation, Keerthivasan says, "Fever FM is an extremely people centric organisation and we have created a fun and exciting work environment that attracts the best of talent. We have a valuable team which has tremendous experience across functions and together, we look forward to spearheading the Fever FM brand to greater heights."
There are a few new additions to the team as well, with two fresh appointments including Kiran Murthi, business head, West and Karthi Narayanan, business head, South.
In the programming front, Vinay Manek will head programming for North and East and Darius Sunnawala will head programming for West and South for Fever FM.
