The tie-up will help Goldmine offer digital solutions to its clients
The Rs 50-crore turnover company, Goldmine Advertising has broadened its service offerings by extending digital services to its clients through Quasar, one of the leading digital agencies. Quasar will act as Goldmine's digital arm; the two will work on a revenue-sharing model, which will vary from client to client.
The alliance between the two companies will capitalise on the strengths of both Goldmine and Quasar in their respective domains.
As Goldmine's digital arm, Quasar will manage all aspects of digital communication for clients, which would include account planning, strategy development, media buying, creative development and new initiatives in the online space.
Founded in 1986, Goldmine has a vast array of prestigious clients, ranging from PSUs such as MTNL, BSNL, India Infoline and Western Railways, to international clients such as CIBA Vision & G-Data antivirus solutions.
Quasar is the interactive agency owned by WPP and Smile Interactive Technology Group (SITG).
